134.5 lbs. My lowest adult weight ever...
I lost 2.5 lbs. this morning! What an awesome loss! 134.5 lbs. I am thrilled to say that this is the lowest I have ever weighed in my adult life ... EVER! By a half pound, but hey it counts! Well life is great but about to get hectic, my work schedule is about to go into overload, and I already work a lot! I'm focused and ready and actually happy to have such a strict regime to keep me losing!
