Hmmm, good scale day! I like that the numbers are slowly creeping down. My size 8 jeans that I wore yesterday were really big on me, I'm officially a size 6 now, and I actually bought a pair of Capri's the other day and they were a size 4..... let me say that again... size 4... what?? Seriously?? That just really blows my mind! Tiny girls are size 4..... how did my ass fit into them?? This journey has been quite amazing for me, mind blowing even. I think that the mind and the mirror are still not totally in sync yet, I have lost just under 30 pounds in the last 6 or so months, and that is a lot of weight! I am in the normal healthy weight range that 5 foot 6 inch woman should be in, I'm weighing less than the 140 lbs that I lied about on my license a couple of years ago! Now that's funny!
