VLCD day 14

OK, weird stuff going on...... I gained another half pound and I am 148 this morning. I am not cheating in anyway, so I'm not sure whats up!?! I woke up an hour earlier and hopped on the scale and it said 147, laid back down in bed, got back up an hour later and I was 148..... crazy! I will blog again tomorrow. I did take some smooth move tea last night with no result yet, maybe I'm just a lil backed up.

  1. Try to switch up your fruits. Instead of 2 apples, try an orange and 1/2 a grapefruit, or strawberries. Grapefruit will speed up your metabolism and shock your body out of the slump. Another good trick is to make a hot apple cider w. hot water, apple cider vingear, and stevia. It's really not that bad. Drink that twice a day.

  2. Thanks! I will try that today. I just saw your comment so maybe day 16 vlcd will be my breakthrough! Instead of my planned hot tea this morn I will have a hot cider, and grapefruit will be my fruit today, wish me loss!
